Hamlin announces new strategic partnership in European sales

Eloy&Becker are pleased to announce that as of 1st June they will be representing the world’s number one reed switch and sensor manufacturer, Hamlin Electronics. Hamlin Electronics is a leader in sensor technology, working in partnership with world-leading manufacturers in a wide range of industries. They are the largest Reed Switch manufacturer with a capacity in excess of 360 million reed switches per year and they develop and manufacture Reed Relays and Sensors using Reed, Hall-Effect and Inductive technologies from their global operations in the U.S.A., U.K., Mexico, China and Romania.

Hamlin Electronics and Eloy&Becker (E&B) have signed a distribution and representation agreement covering the European territories of Germany, France, Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg.  Under the agreement E&B will sell, promote and design-in Hamlin products across the territory.  The agreement was signed by E&B founding director Frank Becker and by Simon Pitkin director of global sales and marketing for Hamlin.  Mr. Pitkin commented “This is a big day for both companies.  We are really excited to be working with the E&B team led by Frank.  There is a great synergy between E&B and Hamlin, which means that they will be able to hit the ground fast, supporting Hamlin customers in the territory and developing new opportunities for us both from day one. ”
